How does mystery shopping work?
You visit assigned locations as a typical customer, observe specific service standards, and submit a detailed report of your experience through our platform.
How often will I get assignments?
Assignment frequency depends on your location and shopper rating. Active mystery shoppers in urban areas often receive multiple opportunities per week.
How and when do I get paid?
Payments are issued via direct deposit or PayPal within 15–30 days after your report is approved. We also reimburse specific purchase costs as outlined in each job.
Is previous experience required?
No experience is necessary! We provide all the guidelines and tools you need. We value detail-oriented individuals with excellent observational skills.
